YMCA-YWCA Corporate Wellness Program

The YMCA-YWCA in the NCR is willing to offer a corporate membership to ESDC staff and family members under the Y Active Employer (PDF, 469 KB) program. To take advantage of this corporate rate, there must be a minimum of 20 people who enroll in the program. Membership includes:

• Unlimited access to all six facilities including the Downtown Y (Ottawa)
• Drop-in fitness classes
• Recreating gym and swim time
• 3 fitness consultations (new members)
• International use of participating Y facilities
• Adult, child, youth specialty programs
• Towel service
