Mental Health Passport

The Mental Health Passport is a resource that is available to employees to help them maintain good mental health.

It presents articles on more than 20 topics that mental health care professionals have found influence people’s health and happiness. The Passport offers information and tools to help employees identify and reflect on areas of their lives they may wish to improve, as well as encouraging a healthy lifestyle and positive mental health habits.

The Mental Health Passport was not necessarily designed to be read from beginning to end. It contains short sections that can easily be consulted individually. It is recommended that employees start by reading sections 1 and 2, and completing the short questionnaire in section 3. They can then read the sections on the topics that interest them.

It is recommended that everyone read the Passport, however this is not mandatory. You may want to review it as needed in your spare time. You can also print the Passport, so you can take it with you on the bus or at home.
