Seeking Current and In-progress Initiatives to Remove Barriers to Recruitment, Retention and Advancement

HRSB’s Diversity outreach, Recruitment, Retention and Advancement (DoRRA) Team was established in February 2021 to remove barriers to recruitment, retention and advancement for persons with disabilities, visible minorities, LGBTQ2+ community, women, veterans and students (responsible for the student network).

DoRRA has many upcoming initiatives underway that we will be promoting soon, but first we want to hear from you!

We know there is great work being done throughout our organization to support these groups and we want to leverage all our collective efforts, aligning our activities to make this information available to everyone within the Department.

Let’s join our efforts!

If you have recruitment, onboarding and/or development initiatives in place for the above-mentioned groups, then we would love to hear from you.

These initiatives could include:

  • Pilot projects
  • Programs
  • Working Groups
  • Tools for managers or employees

What are you working on? Please let us know by completing the Diversity and Inclusion Initiatives form by June 28, 2021.

Your collaboration will help ensure an all-encompassing, well-designed program at the corporate level.

If you have any questions, please contact the DoRRA Team.
