Public Service Employee Survey presents a unique opportunity for employees to share their experiences that help shape the way forward and advance the quality of their workplace at ESDC. The data gathered is used across the department to help identify areas of strength and of concerns related to workplace and workforce policies, programs and initiative, benchmark and track progress over time, and inform the development and refinement of action plans.
