Employee to manager feedback

The objective of the survey is to allow employees to provide honest and constructive feedback to their direct manager* on their leadership skills, where their employees think they excel as a leader, and areas for improvement. Managers are expected to discuss results with employees to validate their understanding and develop strategies to address areas for improvement.

The term “manager” includes supervisor, team leader, manager, director, director general, assistant deputy minister and deputy minister.
