Employee Exit Survey
Part of the Employee Off boarding Process, the Employee Exit Survey (EES) allows departing employees from ESDC to provide their feedback on numerous themes including reasons and motivations for leaving, workplace and job satisfaction as well as their willingness to work at ESDC again.
