Who are we?

Our team offers advice, support and resources to help maintain and develop healthy and respectful workplaces. We assess work environments experiencing various challenges and propose strategic plans to enhance the work climate.

What do we do?

Using various mechanisms, our team gathers relevant information to allow a fair assessment of the climate of the work environment. To resolve the issues identified and reduce their impact on the work environment, we offer advice as well as the development of strategic plans and / or structured guidance tailored to specific needs.

Throughout our involvement, we apply the one-stop service principle, which means that we work together and liaise with all the HR partners required for effective customer service.

Our advisors act as a neutral contact for all employees. In this sense, we support and work in collaboration with all members of a team so that the results of our intervention are optimal.

How can we help your team?

Based on a case-by-case assessment, we can help you if your workplace suffers from any of the following issues:

  • Various workplace challenges, such as interpersonal conflict, lack of trust, incivility, negativity, gossip, employees forming clans or isolating themselves;
  • Instability in the work environment, such as high turnover, and absenteeism by many employees;
  • Multiple complaints (formal and informal) brought to management within the same work environment;
  • Following an investigation for a workplace harassment or violence complaint, or following a workplace assessment;
  • Significant involvement of human resources partners.
