How to modify your personal telephone number

As an employee, it is your responsibility to ensure that your personal information is accurate and up to date in myEMS (PeopleSoft). An updated personal telephone number allows your Compensation Advisor to contact you during a period of extended leave or after your departure from ESDC.

Employee Responsibilities:

  1. To verify, add, or update your personal telephone number on file, please do so via myEMS (PeopleSoft). For step by step instructions, you can visit the PSGuide - myEMS (PeopleSoft).

Manager / Section 34 Manager Responsibilities:

  1. You will need to request an update to this information for employees who are on a period of leave or who have left ESDC via the HRSC Portal:

    • Section: I am a Manager…
    • Select: “Pay-Related Action”.
    • Complete the Employee Information section.
    • Select: “Personal Info”.
    • Sub-Category: “Personal Data Change (employee on leave/terminated) – update name, address, phone number, email, martial status”.
    • Complete the Manager’s Information section.
    • Comments: Include the employee’s personal telephone number.
    • Submit the request.
