Overview

The Submission Control Unit (SCU) within the Chief Financial Officer Branch (CFOB) is your first point of contact for the development of Treasury Board (TB) submissions and other related documents such as Reports and Letters to TB and to the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat (TBS). The development process within the Department is managed through SCU. SCU also maintains the departmental repository of final unsigned approved TB submissions.

This site provides you with all the information, tools and templates you need to prepare a TB submission.

Keep in mind that the key to developing a successful TB submission, report or letter is the early engagement of CFOB and TBS…so contact SCU before putting pen to paper!
