How to insert a note in a PDF

  1. Make the “Comment” tool bar appear by selecting the “Comment” icon on the right hand side.

  2. Select the “Add Text Box” icon from the “Comment” tool bar.

  3. Bring the mouse arrow at the top left of the location you wish to insert a Text Box and without releasing the left mouse button, drag it until the box has reached the required size.

  4. You should be able to directly type the wished information inside the box, if not, double click inside the text box. You can resize the text box if required by double clicking on the box edge.

  5. Save the document to the location of your choice and close.
