New mandatory form for all goods or services requests

The Investment, Procurement and Project Management (IPPM) directorate under the Chief Financial Officer Branch (CFOB) has developed a Procurement Requirement Form (PRF) that is now available on the Procurement Roadmap in section 2.3 “Purchase Requisition (PReq) Process” on iService. The new dynamic form will greatly enhance the client experience and was designed to assist clients in providing pertinent information in order to streamline the ESDC procurement process.

Important: It is now mandatory for this form to be completed and attached when creating a Purchase Requisition (PReq) in SAP.

Note that the Temporary Help Services (THS) Questionnaire is no longer required since it has been integrated in the Procurement Requirement Form.
