Integrated Corporate Accounting and Accountability Directorate (ICAAD)

ICAAD is a large and multi-dimensional/functional organization that provides financial enabling services to Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC).

The Director General is responsible for the provision of five major corporate services divisions which include Corporate Accounting; Financial Policies and Internal Control (FPIC); Grants and Contributions Monitoring, Relocation and Proactive Disclosure; National Accounts Payable and the National Accounts Receivable. Mandate:

Providing national and standardized services to internal and external clients and ensuring compliance with financial and accounting Central Agency requirements.
