National Accommodation Program (NAP) Workplan

The National Accommodation Program (NAP) is the departmental program that ensures appropriate accommodations are provided and sustained to support the delivery of Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) and Service Canada (SC) programs within an approved departmental financial and management framework. The NAP is planned, implemented, managed and monitored collaboratively by Corporate Accommodation Management (CAM) and the Regional Accommodation Managers (RAMs).

The NAP workplan is the primary planning and budgeting mechanism for the ESDC and SC accommodation requirements. The department is required, based on Treasury Board Policy; to provide is long term investment needs (5 years). Project funding approvals is granted by assessing the project proposals against the accommodation framework that support, but not limited to, the following legislative and policy framework:
