Internal Orders for Learning

The information below is intended for Learning Coordinators, Course Designers and Learning Administrators

A learning Internal Order (IO) is a project code in myEMS (SAP) that has been allocated to track all expenditures related to learning activities (e.g. course costs, travel costs and/or participation costs such as registration fees).

Request to create, update or cancel an Internal Order in myEMS (SAP)

To request a new learning Internal Order (IO), update or cancel an existing one, the Learning Coordinator, Course Designer or Learning Administrator must follow the instructions: request to create, update or cancel an Internal Order (IO) number (PDF, 159 KB).
