Description: The Government On-line (GOL) initiative began in October 1999 with the goal of providing a more accessible and responsive government, and by offering protected and secure electronic transactions while safefguarding personal client information. Many of the GOL products can be accessed through My Service Canada Account. This allows clients access to various Service Canada services in a single secure location.
